About

We built the thing we kept rebuilding badly in a word processor.

The problem we kept hitting

Small firms lose an enormous amount of time to proposals, and most of that time goes on work that is not thinking. Reformatting. Hunting for the last version. Rewriting the same terms section for the ninth time. Wondering, three days after sending, whether anyone opened the attachment.

None of that is the hard part. The hard part is deciding what the work is and what it should cost. Everything around it is administration that happens to look like effort.

What we decided to build

A tool with a narrow job: take the details of a project and produce a document a client will actually read, then tell you what happened to it. That means drafting, formatting, branding, sending, and tracking in one place — and nothing else.

The AI writes a first draft, not a final one. It does not invent case studies, statistics, or credentials you do not have. Where a detail is missing it leaves a bracketed placeholder rather than making something up, because a confident invention in a client document is worse than a gap.

How we think about pricing

Free covers three proposals, which is enough to know whether this works for you. Pro is $49 a month. If the tool does not pay for itself in the first month of use, it is not doing its job and you should stop paying for it. Cancelling takes two clicks and we do not hide the button.

What we will not do

We will not sell your client data, train models on your proposals, or add a chat widget that follows you around the marketing site. Proposals contain pricing, strategy, and client names, and that is not our material to reuse.
